LOLONA RETURN POLICY
Returns or damages must be reported within 3 days of the date of delivery. Returned items must be unworn and in the original condition it was received. We will only accept returns that have a date stamp of departure from client within 7 days from delivery.

All refunds will be made in the form of store credit. Once your return package is received, we will send you a coupon code of the returned product amount within 5 business days. We cannot refund or credit third party shipping charges.
Clearance Items are Non-returnable/ Final Sale.
